Day 5 -- Gorham, NH to Southwest Harbor, Maine

Long drive today -- longer than it seemed on the map. East from Gorham, NH on 2; north on I-95 to Bangor; SE on 1A to Ellsworth; south on 3 then 102 to Southwest Harbor.

We were a little nervous when our driveway took us past a trailer park. But then into the woods and we pop out in a clearing with our cottage, Cranberry View and a second, vacant cottage.

Comfortable and homey inside. We spread out immediately.

Back into town for groceries. The local grocery store isn't much (and hte produce is terrible). But we got enough to make spaghetti and salad for dinner, with ceral and sandwich fixings for the next day.

Watched Alias on TV. But we're tired, so to bed early.
